The whole world is today facing unnatural heart attack cases. The experts have also stated that the matters related to heart attacks have increased in the last two years. But more shockingly, these heart attacks have been affecting 18 years old.

There have been many famous public figures who suffered from heart attacks and died due to the reason. The netizens did not neglect it as there was a severe hashtag trend on heart attacks.

The health expert, Dr. Edmund Fernandes, a physician, recommends always keeping a tablet of Aspirin with oneself for emergency medication.

Dr. Edmund also specified people should always keep Aspirin 300 mg of in their pockets or wallet, and one should take it as soon as one has sudden, severe chest discomfort that spreads to the neck or left arm.

He also warns us never to disregard chest pain as gastritis. Consider evaluating every step as life is one.

The advice, Disprin 325 mg, an aspirin substitute, is recommended by doctors of acute heart attack, according to Dr. Sudeep K. N. of the Department of Cardiology and Consultant Interventional Cardiologist at Apollo Hospitals in Bangalore.

He also states that, generally, typical instances do not require that dosage. It is an anti-platelet medication that aids in preventing acute myocardial infarction and platelet aggregation.

He also recommends consuming these medications under supervision. Thus, Aspirin must be used in combination with other drugs and treatment options.

However, there are some dos and don’ts:

  • Aspirin must be used in conjunction with other tablets and treatment options. One should avoid taking Aspirin first thing in the morning. To avoid stomach discomfort. One should take it after eating and with a full glass of water.
  • The extended-release tablets and capsules are recommended to be swallowed whole without breaking, crushing, or chewing. One should be particular as Chewable aspirin pills can be broken. However, they are dissolved in liquid, or eaten.
  • Instead of any other drugs or therapies the doctor has advised, Aspirin should not be used.
  • Never consume alcohol while taking Aspirin. The risk of gastrointestinal bleeding rises as a result.

Thus, it’s your life and your heart, be kind to it. Always take help from the experts and consume medication under medical supervision.

The soul of Kashmir: Houseboat Festival

0

The houseboat festival in Kashmir displays the soul of Kashmir on Dal Lake.

Dal Lake, near Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, will soon play home to a two-day houseboat festival honoring the deep tranquility of the region.

A beautiful floating stage, live music, cultural events, different art displays, and food-related activities will honor the two-day festival. The celebration also included a light show and illuminated houseboats that added more beauty to the festive shenanigans.

In the two-day festive, the Kashmir Valley is the only place where one might catch a glimpse of shimmering Shikaras over the Dal Lake with the Zabarwan Hills in the distance and subzero temps to add more beauty to the scenery.

Nonetheless, for the first time in forever, houseboats, mostly entirely occupied by visitors and the locals during the winter, are getting ready to entertain the people who would visit the houseboat festival.

In the chilly winter of Jammu and Kashmir, the shikaras will receive visitors, even after the high chances of the freezing Dal lake, in honor of the spirit of the festival and Kashmir.

Worldwide, people refer to Kashmir as the “Winter Wonderland.” Thus, everything is set up this year. The valley’s organizations anticipate a vast, strong winter tourism surge where all the necessary preparations have been made and put in, providing one of the best experiences to the visitors.

There will be many activities which will be introduced in the two-day celebration. Artists from the land of Jammu and Kashmir, also from all over the nation, will get a chance to perform at the Houseboat festival surrounded by visitors. To inspire more winter travelers to Kashmir, folk performances with the advanced laser show will highlight the enthusiasm for the land and its culture.

Live concerts with Kashmiri musicians will fill the lake with the soulful maestro.

As Jammu and Kashmir have some unspoken relation with snow, The MeT department forecasts a repost of snowfall in the Kashmir region.

The report has led to inquiries from the local stakeholders and reservations from tourists, who will witness the live coverage of the Houseboat festival in the upcoming days.

However, it has been noted that Kashmir attracts more tourists the more snowfall Kashmir receives.

A widely celebrated festival awaited by the whole world, Christmas is filled with lights and stories. Celebrating Christmas comes with plenty of traditions, where the most traditional and old tradition is decorating the Christmas tree and the whole house with lights and sending gifts to our loved ones.

However, people worldwide have found this day to celebrate in a unique and different manner. Thus, the festival finds its essence in every other city and land.

Britain celebrates Christmas by hanging the stocking by the bedpost.

Many children around the world will wake up to a surprise from Santa. However, children in Britain hang their stockings at the ends of their beds, so there is no such problem in worrying about Santa finding their stockings. And they get a delightful surprise when they wake up.

It becomes an essential part of the children’s life while celebrating Christmas.

Austria not only celebrates Christmas but hunts Naughty kids with Krampus.

What’s worse, a lump of coal in your stocking as a present or A Krampus on a hunt for you? In Austria, where St. Nicolas gives presents to the children who have been kind and sound all the year, A Krampus, the half-man, the half-goat, goes on the hunt for the rude, bad kids and keeps them in line. Many people in Austria are seen dressed as scary characters who scare children in a light way to keep them in line on the street.

Germany celebrates Christmas with an outdoor market.

Everyone at Christmas wants to enjoy a cup of hot chocolates while watching the lights outside. However, one can enjoy hot chocolate while visiting the market outside Germany. All around the nation, large holiday markets are featured where people can buy presents for everyone on their list from the artisans and craftsmen themselves.

Australia Celebrates Christmas on the beach.

As Australia, due to geographical reasons, celebrates Christmas in the melting summer, there is no snowman on their Christmas shenanigans. Instead, there is Santa on the beach taking a sun bath. In Australia, families are seen on the beach singing “white Christmas” with barbeque, channeling the spirit of Christmas in summer.

The Hornbill festival is named after the Indian Hornbill. The famous bird is also mentioned in Nagaland mythology and is a frequent visitor to the region’s forested areas. As a collection of cultural exhibitions of India, the festival first made a debut in 2000. This event aims to maintain and broaden the protection of Naga culture and tradition. The people also fixate on the nature of the bird.

The participant’s cap is embellished with a hornbill feather to have a more grounded impact on individuals.

The Nagas became highly concerned when the researchers discovered that the hornbill species were endangered. As a result, folk music, dances, traditional games, and battle songs were used to mark the Hornbill Festival beginning in 2000.

Each tribe displays its talent and skills by performing individual performances highlighting its perspective and authenticity. There is a religious parade, folk songs, and many other interpretations which showcase the beauty of the tribe.

World’s battle with HIV AIDS: The World AIDS Day

0

Each year on December 1, people worldwide acknowledge World AIDS Day for health concerns. This comes as an opportunity for people worldwide to unite in the fight against HIV as well as to stand in solidarity with those living with HIV. Plus, to memorialize those who have died from AIDS.

In 1987, World Aids Day was proposed, among local and state governments, international organizations, and private individuals, where the focus was mainly on promoting and communicating the concept of AIDS and HIV. The idea was generated by two UN Officials, Thomas Netter, and James W. Bunn, in Geneva in, Switzerland.

UN officials later shared the idea with the director of the global program on AIDS, Dr. Jonathan Mann.

He was satisfied and moved by the idea of the UN officials. From there on, every year, people observe World AIDS day on December 1.

The theme for World AIDS Day 2022 is “Rock the Ribbon.”

However, the worldwide response people are giving to such serious illnesses is at a dangerous stake. Although with the spread of HIV, people are frequently found putting their life in jeopardy. HIV AIDS still holds a risky stage in the global epidemic as many issues affect people’s lives. Many flaws influence the scenario, which is inequality, including divisions and issues related to human rights.

There are plenty of divergences related to HIV AIDS, which can work as fuel to encourage misinformation. Injustices are hindering the struggle to eliminate AIDS, and UNAIDS is appealing to all to rectify that hindered injustice on World AIDS Day, December 1.

In reports, it observed that in the year 2021, around 38.4 million people worldwide, the HIV is carried by over. Nonetheless the history and development of the disease since 1984, has reached many levels of jeopardy in human history.

It is also stated that in the United Kingdom, an HIV diagnosis receives an average of 4,139 persons yearly.

Thus, World Aids day is mainly acknowledged to eradicate any misconception, promote more awareness, and fund financial development and education.
