Night market to gleam by the glory of Jal Mahal

0

Night markets are one of those things that light up everybody’s mood after a long tiring day. This year, the Jaipur municipal corporation has found the best place to schedule the night bazaar. The night market will take place beside the beauty of the Jal Mahal and its glory.

The decision to schedule the night market in chaura raasta failed due to the outrage and protest of the local traders. Thus, in the end, Jal Mahal has been decided as the final venue for night market.

The Jaipur municipal corporation has started its preparation in a full-fledged way. Around 200 stalls have been set in the night market, holding unique positions. There will be different stalls such as food stalls, handicraft and artisans shops, clothing stalls, and much more.

The trial will include various other artists, who will entertain the visitors with dances from Rajasthan, including puppet dances, folk-geet, dhol-naga de dances, Kal Belia dances, Bhavai dances, Chari dances, Kachi Ghodi, and Punjabi Dhol.

As there will be 40 stalls for food, in ratio to that, there will be 150 stalls of handicrafts and artisans. Jaipur is officially famous for the works of handicrafts and artisans. Therefore, the handicraft workers will get more exposure, and the customers will get various types of handicraft work and artisans in one place.

The stall will promote the tourism factor and the culture of the land. Thus, the time to visit the night Bazar will be from 7:00 pm to 2:00 am. There were many options in mind for the location of the night market. However, given the vast space of Jal mahal, the committee stuck with it. Jal Mahal not only offers space for the night market but also offers space for parking which will ease many visitors.

Though, the committee will finalize a final location for the night market after the reports of the trial. After the trial, tenders will be processed to locate the place.

Saksham Sanchar Foundation student pens a poem on Army soldiers

0

Army officials are an inspiration for many. There have been plays written on them, movies produced and stories scripted which speak about their heroic deeds. Aishwarya Chouhan, a Saksham Sanchar Foundation student writes this poem:
