Wadi Rum an ancient lost desert city mentioned in Quran is a breathtaking valley cut into the sandstone and granite rock located in southern Jordan 60 km to the east of Aqaba.

This largest wadi in Jordan is popularly known as Valley of the Moon and has the  desert of nearly 74,200 hectares which feels like out of this world.

This epic desert is one of the Jordan’s most attractive destination and is surely in the bucket list of travel freaks. The fact that makes this Rum so unique is its blood red sands and sandstones mountains which creates an luring mars like landscape.
