Temples are the roots of Hindu culture. They are respected and appreciated in the whole country. Every day, thousands of people visit temples in India to worship Gods with purity and love.

However, in India, we can see how gradually temples are being taken care of and widened with corridors. First, the Kashi Vishwanath corridor in Varanasi took devotees’ breaths away, and now the Mahakaleshwar temple corridor is attracting eyeballs of devotees from different parts of the world. The newly constructed Mahakaleshwar temple’s corridor is eternal in its own way. The corridor is spectacular, as the hallways and gallery are large and spacious with wonderful design and aesthetics.

Many idols of Lord Shiva adorn the temple. Also, there is a sculpture of Lord Shiva under the water fountain that looks completely divine. The heavenly sight of the corridor is entrancing and will undoubtedly awe devotees with its purity and beauty. The corridor situated in Ujjain is filled with divinity and solace, which will soon allow the devotees to bask in its glory.

The chief minister of Madhya Pradesh, Shivraj Singh Chauhan, recently visited the Ujjain corridor at Mahakalseshwar temple. He had a conversation with the media, where he announced that Prime Minister Narendra Modi would visit the corridor of the Mahakaleshwar Temple on October 11.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been invited to the Ujjain corridor to inaugurate the corridors of the Mahakaleshwar temple. Chauhan stated that the inauguration of the Ujjain corridor was scheduled earlier, but due to the municipal election and the implementation of the code of conduct, the schedule of the inauguration of the Ujjain corridor was postponed.

The premises of the corridor at Mahakaleshwar temple are still incomplete somewhere, which is commanded to be worked upon and completed soon. Funds worth Rs 700 crores were granted for the expansion and development of the Mahakaleshwar temple. Eight construction projects, which are worth Rs 310 crores, at Mahakaleshwar temple are about to be completed. Plus, the premises are astronomical and divine, which perfectly reflects the Hindu culture.

The funeral of Queen Elizabeth II of Britain will be performed according to royal traditions today. The program of the State Funeral, which lasted for about an hour, will start at 3:30 pm Indian time (11 am British time). The 96-year-old Queen passed away on 8 September. First, the Queen’s funeral procession will be carried out from Westminster Hall to Westminster Abbey, that is, her coffin will be brought to Westminster Abbey. Upon arrival at Westminster Abbey, according to royal custom, the Queen’s death will be mourned and prayers will be read. The Queen’s coffin will then be taken to Wellington Arch, led by members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and NHS staff. From here the coffin will be taken to Windsor Castle. After a ceremony at 8:30 p.m., the Queen will be buried at St George’s Memorial Chapel in Windsor Castle.

Meanwhile, two helicopters carrying eight cheetahs reached Palpur near Kuno National Park.

Modi released cheetahs flown in from Namibia into a special enclosure at the Kuno National Park (KNP) in Madhya Pradesh on Saturday. He also clicked some pictures of the cheetahs on a professional camera after releasing them. Eight cheetahs were brought to Gwalior from Namibia in a special plane on Saturday morning as part of the cheetah reintroduction programme. The animals were later flown to the KNP, located in Sheopur district, in two Indian Air Force (IAF) helicopters.

The temperature rise in Chile’s capital has become a hot topic as the mountain glacier started to collapse and crumble into the rubble. The incident took place on September 9, 2022, when tourists visiting Patagonia visited the mountain glacier and witnessed the tragic happening of nature’s collapse. The video surfaced and created a buzz around the world.

Scientists have claimed that the heatwave and heavy rainfall became the reasons for the rampaging of the ice walls, which eventually became the reason for the collapse of mountain glaciers.

However, the frequency of the rubble was troubling the scientists. Even though it was stated as normal, things were different when experts studied the disaster that occurred a few days earlier, claiming that these things generally happen when heat waves and liquid are both present.
Nonetheless, it is not solely happening in Chile; it is happening around the whole planet, which could be triggering all the other glaciers. There is plenty of news around the world concerning the melting of glaciers in Antarctica. And how can the increase in the north pole and south pole affect the whole climate of the world?

If we talk about the glaciers of Alpina, things are much worse, as the glaciers there have fuelled up melting, and it’s happening rapidly. The doomsday glacier is also melting away. The emerging heat issue is grasping the climate originality of the earth and the balance is somehow disturbed. Thus, quick action is very much needed to bring about change and save nature and humanity.

Prasoon Joshi is a famous lyricist of Indian cinema who besides being known as ‘Advertising Guru’ in the advertising world, is the executive chairman of the international advertising company ‘McAnn Ericsson’.

He is playing the role of Creative Director of this company in the continent of Asia. He is also a sensitive writer, a top composer of songs and ghazals in Bollywood. He has also received a ‘National Award’ for the song ‘Maa’ from the superhit film ‘Taare Zameen Par’. Joshi was born on 16 September 1968 in Almora, Uttarakhand

Writer-adman Prasoon Joshi was in Jaipur two years back when he said that as his parents were musicians, they were scared to let him become a musician fearing how he would sustain himself.

He says he has seen a lot of struggle to be where he is today, but his first aim was always to be stable in life. “Looking at their apprehensions, I first completed my masters in Physics and MBA as my primary aim was to become self-reliant so that I could take my passion of being a writer/lyricist forward,” Joshi said here.

“After completing my formal education, I forayed into advertising,” he added.

Joshi, chairperson of the Central Board of Film Certification, was speaking on the sidelines of the MTV India Music Summit.

According to him, “The youngsters from middle class families have to choose from limited choices as they first need to think about standing firm on their feet. Once stable, they have to think of taking the next step.”

Citing an example of legendary athlete Milkha Singh in this context, Joshi said: “While writing ‘Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’, Milkhaji shared a similar experience that initially he ran to have an extra glass of milk and the other big goals to earn name and fame came at the next level.”

Asked about his own favourite song, he said his poetry on mother and motherhood are very close to his heart.

“‘Tujhe sab hai pata hai na maa’ and ‘Luka chhupi bahut hui’ are my favourites as I am quite touched with this devotional feeling of motherhood, he said.

Joshi feels budding lyricists should read a lot, get exposed to craft, garner thoughts from life and its experiences, observe even the minutest happening around them and share their innermost feelings.

“Your journey starts from yourself, so try and understand yourself first,” he said.

Kuno National Park in MP to get first batch of cheetahs on Sept 17

Kuno National Park in Madhya Pradesh will get the first batch of cheetahs who are currently being brought from Namibia to be introduced into MP.

Prime Minister Modi would release these 8 cheetahs into the national park on September 17 which is birthday.

Officials confirmed that the Government is planning to reintroduce cheetahs, which became extinct in India in 1952.

Currently, Iran is the only country in the world to have living population of Asiatic cheetahs.

Asiatic cheetahs became extinct in India because of habitat loss, shrinking prey base, climate change and growing human population. Thereafter, India has been planning to introduce cheetahs since the 1960s and 1970s.

However, this plan never came to fruition as Tehran refused to part with the critically low population of Asiatic Cheetahs.

African cheetahs are slightly larger than their Asian counterparts. They are found all across Africa and are listed as vulnerable by the IUCN’s Red List.

The first batch of African cheetahs would comprise of four females and four males.

Cheetahs would be released and monitored within a 500 hectares of land that would be enclosed by an electrical fence.

In next 15 years after cheetahs’ introduction, the cheetah population in India is expected to rise to a maximum of 21.

Kuno National Park

Kuno National Park was established in 1981 as wildlife sanctuary in Madhya Pradesh and was later given the status of national park in 2018. The National Park was named after Kuno River, one of the major tributaries of the Chambal River which flows through the entire length, bisecting the national park.

It was chosen by Wildlife Institute of India and Wildlife Trust of India as a possible habitat for the reintroduction of cheetahs.

It was also chosen as a possible site to implement the Asiatic Lion Reintroduction Project, which seeks to establish a second lion population in India.
In fact, the High Commission of India in Windhoek, Namibia tweeted the visual of the Indian aircraft which has reached Namibia to receive cheetahs to be brought to Madhya Pradesh’s Kuno National Park. PM Narendra Modi will be present in the park on Sept 17 for the reintroduction. The aircraft has been reflected in the feature pic in this story.
