On February 11 and 12, the New Delhi Municipal Council will host a cuisine festival and a floral fair. The G20 member countries’ cuisines will be featured during the Food Festival. Thus, the festival’s theme is “Taste the World” and “International Year of Millets,” according to NDMC officials.
The G20 Food Festival will take place in Talkatora Stadium, whereas the G20 Flower Festival will take place in Connaught Place’s Central Park.
The Group of Twenty (G20) includes 19 nations, including the European Union, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
The official exclaimed that the event expected to raise awareness of various cuisines from worldwide and the nutritional needs and food preparation of different countries. This year, Delhi envisioned to host nine significant G20-related occasions, beginning with the gathering of the G20 foreign ministers on March 1 and 2.
