Bollywood flick Paheli completes 16 years: Let’s revisit Rajasthan sites where it was shot!

Paheli, a Bollywood flick, was shot completely in Rajasthan in Jhunjhunu district in a period of 45 days.

Dealing with woman’s liberation issues, the film captured the picturesque sites of Rajasthan beautifully. 

Let’s revisit these sites: 

Chand Baori: When Lachchi (Rani Mukherjee in the film) is seen around a step well with blue bird hovering over it, the surroundings are surreal around and the scene is shot at Chand Baori in Abhaneri, Dausa district.

Narain Niwas Palace: Her marriage song is shot at all famous Narain Niwas Palace situated in Jaipur which is a palatial palace situated in the heart of the city.

Fatehpur Shekhawati Bawri: Another song in the film Laagare was shot at Fatehpur Shekhawati Baori which was constructed in 1671 and is known for its unique design and beauty.
