The Assam government has asked school teachers to not wear casual or Western clothes like T-shirts, jeans, or leggings in schools, saying that it is not acceptable to the public at large. The state government wants to uphold the decency of education institutes and this decision is part of it, Assam education minister Ranoj Pegu wrote on Saturday, 21st May on Twitter. Governor Gulab Chand Kataria directed orders under the state education departmental policy.

Education secretary Narayan Konwar wrote in a letter on Friday night saying that “ It has come to notice that some teachers of educational institutions have the habit of wearing the dress of their choice, which sometimes does not appear to be acceptable by public at large. Since a teacher is expected to be an example of all sorts of decency, especially while discharging their duties, it has become necessary to follow a dress code that should reflect a sense of decorum, decency, professionalism, and seriousness of purpose at the workplace”

Male teachers will have to wear collared shirts and formal pants and female teachers will wear salwar suits, sarees, or mekhela chador. Also, female teachers have been asked to not wear T-shirts, jeans, or leggings.
The letter said that “ Both male and female teachers should be dressed up in clean, modest, and decent clothes of sober colors, which should not look flashy. Casual and part apparel should be strictly avoided. The order shall be complied with scrupulously by all concerned and any deviation from this may invite disciplinary action as per the rules. ”

Pegu said that “ If all the students can wear uniforms in their schools, why can’t the teachers maintain this? The teachers should dress properly. This will give a positive message”

The order has been sent to the mission director of the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, directors of elementary education, secondary education and the State Council of Educational Research and Training, the education minister’s office, all principals of schools, and district elementary education officers.

Teachers’ organizations in the state haven’t responded to the order by now.

In the months of vacations, the famous tourist spot of Australia is wooden fenced to deter the large group of people who come to visit the place. Hallstatt is the picturesque alpine village at Lake Hallstatt in the Salzkammergut.

It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a must-see day trip destination for many tourists visiting Salzburg. With stunning scenery and a rich history of archaeological culture linked to Proto-Celtic and early Celtic people of the early Iron Age in Europe.

The place is filled with mountains and is believed to have inspired Arendelle, the kingdom of Disney’s Frozen. Every year millions of tourists flock to town hoping to click some selfies with the world-famous view. The town was also featured on a Korean TV show in 2006 and its replica was built in Huizhou, Guangdong Province, China in 2011.

In an attempt to reduce selfie-obsessed tourists, Hallstatt erected a temporary wooden fence in one of its famous vista points. The aim is to prevent the visitors from gathering around the spot popular for taking pictures and causing disturbances to the locals. The population of fewer than 800 residents is demanding peace in the area. However, the move faced backlash on social media, with critics arguing that this hindered the town’s charm and beauty.

Hallstatt’s mayor, Alexander Scheutz responded to the criticism and decided to remove the fence. Instead, he plans to place a banner at the tourist spot, reminding visitors that people live in the area. The village has been facing over-tourism for years, and the recent surge in tourists after the pandemic has reignited concerns among the residents.

The Story of Multan Sun Temple

0

The classic heritage of temples and architecture has a wide history. The 5000 years old and strong Multan Sun Temple, is also known as the Aditya Sun temple. It is said that the Temple was named after Lord Surya, who was also called Aditya. The Aditya Sun temple is currently located in the city of Multan, now situated in Pakistan.

There are many beliefs of Aditya Sun temple. One of the beliefs of this Hindu significant monument is related to the life of Krishna. The son of Krishna, Samba, built the temple in hopes of finding relief from Leprosy 5000 years ago. He was in an entanglement with Jambavati, which gave him a curse for his incest act.

Samba was advised to praise lord Surya which can break the curse. Thus, Samba started worshiping lord Surya.

Many conquerors used to visit the temple, as Hsuen Tsang visited the temple back in 641 AD. He described one of the idols with the significance of magnificence, as one of the idol eyes was made up of pure gold with large red eyes.

In the 8th century AD, the Sun Temple became a great source of income under the leadership of Mohammad Bin Qasim. Later, Mohammad Bin Qasim built a mosque that was close to the temple. He also built a temple to elevate the crowd.

Al-Baruni, who used to visit places and write descriptions of them, visited the temple in the 10th century AD. Nonetheless, Mahmud of Ghazni destroyed the temple in 1026 AD. Al-Baruni described that none of the Hindu devotees visited the Multan Sun Temple after the 11th century AD due to the destruction.

Master the Art of Reading Encrypted WhatsApp Messages: A Comprehensive Guide

0

WhatsApp, one of the world’s most popular messaging platforms, has been widely applauded for its strong end-to-end encryption, which ensures that users’ messages remain secure and private. While this encryption is vital for maintaining the confidentiality of conversations, some users may find themselves facing the challenge of accessing encrypted messages when the need arises. In this comprehensive guide, we will delve into the methods and tools you can employ to read encrypted WhatsApp messages securely.

  1. Backup and Restore Method: To read encrypted WhatsApp messages, one effective approach is to create a backup of your encrypted chat history and restore it on another device. Here’s how:
  • On the original device, open WhatsApp and navigate to “Settings.”
  • Tap on “Chats” and select “Chat backup” to create a backup of your conversations.
  • Install WhatsApp on the target device, enter your phone number, and verify it.
  • Upon verification, WhatsApp will detect the backup file and prompt you to restore it. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
  • Once restored, you can access the encrypted messages on the new device.
  1. Third-Party Tools and Applications: There are third-party tools and applications available that claim to decrypt WhatsApp messages. However, exercise caution when using such tools as they may compromise your privacy or violate WhatsApp’s terms of service. It is advisable to thoroughly research and read reviews before trusting any external application or tool.
  2. Screen Recording Method: Another option to read encrypted WhatsApp messages is by utilizing a screen recording app. By recording your screen while browsing through your chats, you can capture the content of your conversations and review them later. However, this method is not recommended if you have sensitive or confidential information in your messages, as it may pose a risk to your privacy.
  3. Seek Assistance from the Sender: If you are unable to read encrypted WhatsApp messages and it is crucial for you to access the information, consider contacting the sender and requesting them to share the content with you directly. This method ensures the integrity of the encryption and maintains the privacy of your conversation.

Important Note: It’s essential to respect the privacy and security of encrypted messages. WhatsApp’s end-to-end encryption ensures that only the sender and the recipient can read the messages. Attempting to read someone else’s encrypted messages without their consent may violate their privacy rights and legal regulations in your jurisdiction.

In conclusion, while WhatsApp’s encryption is designed to safeguard your conversations, there are legitimate circumstances where you may need to access encrypted messages. By utilizing methods such as creating backups, seeking assistance from the sender, or exploring third-party tools with caution, you can navigate the realm of encrypted messages while respecting privacy and security.
