The Ministry of Coal (MOC) set a stellar example during Special Campaign 4.0, securing first place in the ‘Space Freed’ category and fourth in revenue generation, according to a DARPG report. The ministry resolved 100% of public grievances and PMO references, reviewed 71,632 files, and eliminated 69,227, while leveraging social media with 2,163 tweets, 1,137 press releases, and 61 PIB statements to amplify its achievements.
