The perks of making a trip to Jodhpur and Udaipur are exploring the places and indulging in the history. Thus, the fact that the state was given the “Best Emerging Destination—Most Scenic Road Award 2022” for the Udaipur to Jodhpur route under the editor’s choice speaks volumes about how many readers adore Rajasthan’s vibrant culture.

As a result, tourists can see the forts and citadels on the Aravalli Hills while driving from Udaipur to Jodhpur. As they continue, the visitors will come across sandy banks and plain land. However, tourists get very excited as they leave the verdant valleys and enter the arid area of the state.
The special part of exploring the place is driving along this road, where one can sense the profundity of the relationship between animals and people. Thus, on this trip, you can also see kair, sangri, and babool trees. The Khejari tree also serves as a reminder of Amrita Devi’s sacrifice at the same time.

During this journey, one can see and feel the villagers riding camels, wearing brightly colored turbans, carrying their homes, and the unbreakable bond between the Bishnoi community and blackbucks.

The tourists realize that rivers also once flowed in the desert after seeing the ancient Luni River area of the state during their journey. Haldighati, Kumbhalgarh Fort, Delvada Jain Temple, Ranakpur Jain Temple, and Shri Om Banna Mandir are five popular tourist destinations.
