India Vs Pakistan T20 World cup match: India and Pakistan shall face each other in an interesting ICC T20 World Cup 2021 tourney on October 24 at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium.
While the once all-rounder from Indian team Kapil Dev, said that youngster can receive heaps of recognition if he performs well in these matches, former Pakistan captain Inzamam-ul-Haq selected India as his favourite to win the ongoing ICC’s T20 World Cup 2021 in Oman and United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Kapil Dev in a TV interview said, “It all depends on pressure & pleasure, if you are enjoying game or are under pressure, if you take too much pressure, then you shall not get the desired performances. The chances of winning game increase for the team who believes in having fun while playing,” said Kapil Dev.
Moreover, he went on to state that youngster can receive heaps of recognition if he performs well in these matches,
“Players get recognition by doing well in Indo-Pak matches. If a youngster comes out and performs well, then he gets global recognition, however, if a senior player does not do well, then it can hurt his reputation,” Kapil Dev added.
Former Pakistan captain Inzamam-ul-Haq meanwhile picked India as the favourite to win the ongoing ICC `s T20 World Cup 2021 in Oman and United Arab Emirates (UAE). Inzamam feels that the India shares a greater chance of winning the trophy as the conditions in the Gulf nations are similar to the subcontinent, which makes India the most dangerous side in the event, according to Inzamam.
“In any tournament, it cannot be said for certain that a particular team will win` It`s all about how much chance do they have of winning it. In my opinion, India shares a greater chance than any other team of winning the tournament. They have experienced T20 players as well,” said Inzamam on his YouTube channel.
