Vande Bharat Express has been one of the revolutions in this country. Uttrakhand to have the very first Vande Bharat Express that will leave for service on 29th May.
PM Narendra Modi virtually inaugurates the very first Vande Bharat express that will commence from Delhi (Anand Vihar) to Dehradun.
PM Modi tweeted, “Uttarakhand’s connectivity is all set to get a big boost. At 11 AM today, I will be flagging off the Vande Bharat Express between Delhi and Dehradun. Making the occasion even more special is the feat of 100% electrification of Uttarakhand’s rail tracks. Do join the program.”
The IRCTC department noted that the Vande Bharat express will regularly operate from 29th May from Delhi to Dehradun. It is said that the express will cover 302 km in 4 hours 45 minutes.
The train will serve every day of the week excluding Wednesday.
The AC ticket fate of the train will be Rs 1,065. Additionally, the executive car fare will be Rs 1.890. Thus, the train will depart at 5:50 PM from Delhi and will reach Dehradun at 10:35 PM.
