Inaugurating the Constitution Park at Raj Bhavan in Jaipur, President Droupadi Murmu declared that the Constitution is completely capable of embracing the shifting dreams and ambitions of people.
President Droupadi Murmu described the Constitution as a breathing document on Tuesday thus saying it was fully competent to consider the shifting ambitions and goals of individuals.
The biggest and most active democracy in the world is ours. At the Raj Bhavan Constitution Park’s inaugural event, Murmu stated that the Constitution is the cornerstone of our wonderful democracy.
In this manner, she remarked that our Constitution is a living document that is completely capable of embodying the dreams and ambitions of the public as they evolve through time. According to her, the Constitution’s authors’ consideration of all elements of society and understanding of all facets of democracy and government led to the creation of a complete document.
She stated that the Constitution’s foresighted creators clearly understood that future generations have the liberty to design systems that suit their requirements. Because of this, the Constitution itself has a framework for constitutional modifications, she added.
According to her, women’s influence was steadily growing from panchayat bhavans to Parliament, and they were contributing to society and the nation on the strength of their efforts and abilities.
Therefore, she noted that Rajasthan’s past was one of respect and the empowerment of women, in addition to bravery. Therefore, she also voiced her optimism for Constitution Park’s ability to motivate subsequent generations.
At the ceremony, folk musicians played, including well-known performer Gulabo Sapera. Murmu praised their representation of the three-year process that went into creating the Constitution and said that the Samvidhan Udyan (Constitution Park) showcased an important period of contemporary Indian history with tasteful murals, statues, and other works of art.
Sculptures and images on paneled glass are just a few of the ways the park, which the Jaipur Development Authority developed with an estimated cost of Rs 9 crore. Thus, illustrates the Constitution’s development from conception to execution.
