‘Jaipur Jewellery Show (JJS) – 2022’ will see participation of the eminent jewellers of the country. JJS Chairperson, Vimal Chand Surana informed over 400 top retailers of India have already confirmed their participation in the show. These retailers visit the show every year on the invitation of JJS and they have made it a point to get regular supply of their goods as B2B buyers during JJS. This underlines the fact that even buyers have to show their face to manufacturers on a consistent basis. It is noteworthy that the country’s no.1 B2B & B2C show – JJS2022, themed ‘Emerald…Timeless Elegance’ will be organised from 23 to 26 December 2022 at the Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Centre (JECC) with around 900 booths this year.
JJS Secretary, Rajiv Jain said that All India Gem & Jewellery Domestic Council (GJC) Board of Directors have been invited by the JJS for the show. GJC is a national trade federation for the promotion and growth of the trade in gems and jewellery pan India.
More than 50 top jewellery retailers of the country will attend this glittering event. They will also get an opportunity to select items from a large number of booths at the show. Their presence will give an opportunity for expert interaction with the exhibitors on issues related to G&J sector. The General Body Meeting will be attended by over 50 GJC – All India Gems and Jewellery Domestic Council members on 24th December.
JJS Spokesperson, Mr. Ajay Kala informed that for the first time in JJS, members of IBJA have been invited and hosted. A seminar on GOLD will be conducted by Mr. Surendra Mehta for the benefit of the Jewellery trade on 23 December.
He further said that ‘The December show’ has become an important event with over 35,000 domestic and foreign visitors coming for the event. These visitors will get the opportunity to witness the latest and the finest of what the Gems & Jewellery industry has to offer. These products are not only limited to Jaipur but feature merchandise from exhibitors worldwide. The Department of Tourism, Government of Rajasthan has listed this event on their annual calendar for the tourists and visitors. A large number of tour operators have dovetailed their itinerary with this prestigious event which enables the group of both foreign and domestic tourists to visit the show.
