Ayutthaya is one of the cities of history. It was founded in late 1350, after Sukhothai, Ayutthaya became the second Siamese. In the 18th century, the Burmese destroyed the city.

The ancient capital of Siam is one of the highest tourist attractions. Thus, visitors always lead their way to the ancient ruin. Surrounded by rich heritage and ruins, Ayutthaya is an open-air museum.

Ayutthaya is one of the capitals of the kingdom of Siam (Thailand). It is one of the small cities which is 75 km away from Bangkok. Before time, Ayutthaya had a population of over 1 million.

In the city of Ayutthaya, there were 400 temples and 3 palaces built throughout its richest history. It was the richest place filled with culture. In the 17th century, the Burmese invaded the land of Ayutthaya and eradicated everything there was present in the city. Most of the things that were the highlights of the town were destroyed by scrumbles.

While the Burmese were destroying the whole city, they beheaded all the Buddha statues to tear apart the beliefs of people. In 1991, the historic city of Ayutthaya was added to the list of UNESCO World Cultural Heritage list.
