Indian batsman Virat Kohli on Wednesday broke Sachin Tendulkar’s record of ODI centuries. Now he has completed 50 centuries in ODI cricket. Sachin Tendulkar has 49 ODI centuries to his name. Kohli scored a century in the semi-finals of the World Cup 2023 against New Zealand. With this, he established the record of 50 centuries at Sachin’s home ground, Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
Virat scored the first century of his ODI career against Sri Lanka in 2009. After 279 innings, Virat Kohli touched the figure of 50 centuries. He has scored 80 centuries in international cricket. Apart from ODI, he has 29 centuries in Test and one century in T-20.
