A private, nonprofit organization called the France India Foundation (FIF) was founded to encourage fruitful communication between young leaders from France and India. Both the French and the Ministry of External Affairs fund the foundation, which was established by the France Asia Foundation.
The France India Foundation aspires to host topical conferences, knowledge papers, media-based collaborations, and discussions between art and science in addition to the Young Leaders Program. These initiatives seek to improve mutual understanding and collaboration between France and India by facilitating and enhancing discussion between the two countries on a variety of themes.
The Young Leaders Program is FIF’s signature initiative. This initiative seeks to discover and develop up-and-coming young leaders in a variety of spheres, such as business, politics, athletics, and the arts. There were 25 young leaders from India and France in the program’s initial batch.
Young leaders have the opportunity to participate in meaningful conversation, gain insight from one another’s experiences and viewpoints, and forge long-lasting connections through the Young Leaders Program, which was held in Bangalore and New Delhi. The initiative intends to make a lasting impression on Indo-French relations in the future.
The France Asia Foundation is a foundation with its main office in Paris that supports collaboration, conversation, and mutual understanding with the Indo-Pacific area. The France India Foundation was established by the foundation with the goal of fostering relations between France and India, particularly among young leaders.
