Sandeepani Vidyalaya, Ratlam organised an academic dialogue on “Review of Exam Results and Success through Better Coordination” and “Team Building for Excellence”. The event began with felicitation of all teachers for achieving 100% results in board exams. School leader Vice Principal and Academic Incharge, Gajendra Singh Rathore, led a discussion on team building, concept of goal-oriented teams, and their importance.
A data-driven discussion session was held using audio-visual aids, focusing on the “Cycle of Growth Model” and its success.
The academic dialogue also included:

- Identification of areas for improvement in school planning
- Setting higher goals through team concept

Ajay Marmat shared innovations of Riverside School, Ahmedabad, an international-level institute. The programme was conducted by Heena Shah and concluded with a vote of thanks by Kavita Verma.
