World Elephant Day 2021 History
The World Elephant Day was first observed on August 12, 2012, when Thailand-based Elephant Reintroduction Foundation patched with Canadian filmmaker Patricia Sims. This is just a kind of movement in itself. Since 2012, Ms Sims has been leading from the front for bringing in awareness on the World Elephant Day by running the planet Elephant Society, of which she is that the founding president.
