Rukshmani Kumari is the state president of All India Professionals’ Congress and proudly acclaims herself to be the proud wife of an Army officer. She has also formed an NGO Star Foundation.
Being unwell on May 5, she has set her team on task to ensure no one feels her absence and all their needs are fulfilled.
