Another inspiring success story has emerged from ALLEN. A young boy from a humble family living in a small thatched hut in Pabuthal Sathren village of Rajasthan’s Nagaur district is all set to become an IITian. ALLEN Classroom student Aadesh Bishnoi secured All India Rank (AIR) 1783 in JEE Advanced 2026 and AIR 200 in the General EWS category.
Aadesh’s journey, which began in a grass-thatched hut, has now taken him to IIT Kanpur. His father works as a taxi driver for a private school, where Aadesh also completed his schooling before showcasing his academic talent. Initially, he had planned to move to Kota for JEE preparation, but after learning that ALLEN Jodhpur followed the same academic pattern as Kota and also offered financial assistance, he decided to stay in Jodhpur. After two years of dedicated preparation at ALLEN, Aadesh’s achievement has brought immense pride not only to his family but to his entire village.
Aadesh scored 95% in Class 10 under the Rajasthan Board and 94.60% in Class 12, while simultaneously cracking the prestigious JEE Advanced examination.
His father, Shishupal, drives a taxi for a private school, while his mother, Sukhi Devi, works as a labourer under the MGNREGA scheme to support the family. His younger brother, Piyush, is currently preparing for JEE at ALLEN Jodhpur, while his sister, Ankita, is studying in Class 12.

Speaking about his journey, Aadesh said, “I gradually developed a liking for Mathematics, which is why I chose the Science-Maths stream. Earlier, I knew very little about IITs. After taking admission to ALLEN’s Kota-pattern branch in Jodhpur, everything became much easier. Now, I will pursue my B.Tech from IIT Kanpur.”
Congratulating Aadesh on his remarkable achievement, Naveen Maheshwari, Director of ALLEN, said, “True success lies in rising above difficult circumstances through talent and determination. ALLEN, first in Kota and now across all its centres, has always remained committed to supporting deserving students. Stories like Aadesh’s become powerful examples of social transformation and inspire thousands of young aspirants to pursue their dreams.”
Expressing his happiness, Aadesh’s father Shishupal said, “My son worked hard, and with the right support, success kept following him. I want every talented child to receive proper assistance so they can achieve their full potential. I hope Aadesh also helps others move forward in life. I work as a school driver and am responsible for transporting children between their homes and school every day. The same school where I drive the taxi is where Aadesh studied until Class 10.”
Aadesh’s family belongs to the Below Poverty Line (BPL) category and lives in a modest hut in their village. The family has almost no basic amenities. Every day, they have to walk nearly 750 metres to a government water tank to fetch drinking water. Each morning, family members collect enough water to meet the day’s requirements. Electricity supply is equally unreliable, with the village receiving power for only two to three hours a day. Despite these hardships, Aadesh often studied under the shade of a neem tree. The scorching heat, frequent power cuts, and lack of resources never became obstacles in his pursuit of education.
After completing Class 10, Aadesh moved to Jodhpur to prepare for JEE and enrolled at ALLEN Career Institute. His family’s financial condition was not strong enough to bear the cost of coaching and education. At this crucial stage, his maternal grandfather provided financial assistance. Recognizing Aadesh’s exceptional talent and challenging circumstances, ALLEN Career Institute granted him a concession in the coaching fee, while the remaining financial support was provided by a local charitable organization. Coming from a village where no student had ever made it to an IIT, Aadesh has now become an inspiration for thousands of students who dare to dream big despite facing severe financial and social challenges. His journey proves that with determination, hard work, and timely support, even the most difficult circumstances can pave the way to extraordinary success.
