
The Oath-Taking Ceremony of the Bharat Vikas Parishad, Jaipur Vaishali Branch, was held at Kautilya Kranti Sansthan, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. The programme commenced with the ceremonial lighting of lamps and the singing of Vande Mataram.
Regional Coordinator (Sanskar), Rajiv Sharan Saxena, emphasised the importance of expanding the council’s activities based on its five guiding principles. He suggested that members with lower participation be engaged on personal occasions such as birthdays and wedding anniversaries to strengthen community bonding.
Following the formal welcome of guests, outgoing Branch President Suresh Roop Rai delivered the welcome address. Provincial Patron Hemant Joshi provided an insightful introduction to the vision and objectives of the Bharat Vikas Parishad.
Provincial General Secretary Gunjan Saxena shared his thoughts in an accessible manner, commending the branch’s initiatives and recounting his own journey from a general member to Provincial General Secretary.
Provincial President Ranveer Tyagi administered the responsibilities and oath to the newly elected executive team. He lauded the branch’s continued legacy of excellence and encouraged the new leadership to maintain its progressive momentum. Rajiv Sharan Saxena also administered the oath to project holders of the branch.
Provincial Coordinators Nitya Tomar and Alka Arun (Coordinator, Women’s Participation) extended their warm wishes to the new executive committee.
Former Branch Secretary Manoj Kumar Mittal presented the branch’s annual report for the year 2024–25. Newly inducted members were honored with Angavastras as a gesture of welcome and respect.
A cultural programme featured melodious performances by Matri Shakti, adding a graceful and vibrant touch to the event. Branch President Govardhan Sharma concluded the formal proceedings with a heartfelt vote of thanks.
The event was gracefully compered by Mrs. Sheela Sharma, Branch Women Coordinator.
