Truecaller for Business subscribers can now make secure, verified calls to their customers. Through a secure backend handshake with Truecaller, the system verifies the caller’s authenticity in real time—ensuring that the call is genuinely from the business and not from an impersonator. As a result, these calls are distinctly marked as “Secure Calls” within the Truecaller app.
This added layer of transparency empowers consumers to answer calls with greater confidence, reducing the chances of falling prey to fraud or scams.
