The WICCI Architecture Rajasthan Chapter organized a one-day interactive talk session on mental wellness titled “Dream Design Deliver: Crafting Your Life Story” for its women architect members at the Rajasthan International Centre in Jaipur. The event, held on July 6, was guided by Architect Shamini Shankar, a member of the National Executive Committee, and advisor Shalini Gehlot.
A Focus on Mentorship and Professional Development
Architect Kavita Jain, President of the WICCI Architecture Rajasthan Chapter, highlighted that the program was part of their mentorship initiative aimed at supporting professional development through mental wellness programs. “This event is designed to help women architects achieve a better work-life balance and craft the life they desire,” she said. “The interactive session is intended to aid in their overall development.”
Interactive and Engaging Sessions
Shelly Singhvi conducted the session for the women architects, which featured interactive talks, presentations, and Q&A segments. These activities were aimed at fostering a supportive and engaging environment for the participants.
Architect Preeti Agrawal coordinated the event, while Vice President Architect Rekha Nemani expressed gratitude to the speakers, mentors, and sponsors. Council members Shamini Shankar, Meenu Varshney, Geetanjali, Ritu Khandelwal, Saguna, and Anika Mittal, along with 50 women architects, participated in the program.
