MS Dhoni, the captain of Chennai Super Kings becomes the only player to be a part of 150 match wins in IPL history. He achieved this milestone on Sunday, 28th April and became the only player in IPL history to be a part of 150 victories. The record was set after Chennai Super Kings (CSK) defeated SunRisers Hyderabad by 78 runs in MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.
Dhoni, who was a centre of attraction at the IPL Auction in 2008 due to his captaincy in the T20 World Cup previous year. His bid started at a base price for $400,000 but was eventually sold for $1,500,000.
He has captained CSK to five IPL titles, making him one of the most successful captains in the history of the tournament. Even though he’s let Ruturaj Gaikwad take charge this season, Dhoni still has a big impact on the team as everyone wishes to learn from the experience.

MS Dhoni has taken a total of 170 dismissals out of which 131 are catches and 39 are stumpings.
