The Ishti & Anvadhan are the most auspicious days for the people of this Vaishnava Sampradaya itself who celebrate the Amavasya (new moon) and Purnima (full moon) as the 2 sacred days of the month.
Ishti & Anvadhan 2021
Ishti is an important ritual where prayers are performed to seek help from God to fulfil all aspirations and desires of people.
Anvadhan simply means adding fuel to the sacred fire lit up by people belonging to the Vaishnava Sampradaya after the completion of Agnihotra, which is also called a homam or a havan. Anvadhan also includes fasting. The people to be considered in this havan hold fast and leave it after completing Agnihotra and homam ritual

The Ishti & Anvadhan festivals occur every 15 days and every month. Due to the COVID-19 situation this year, the large scale pujas are not allowed but small-scale pujas are continued.
