Tribal Pride Day will be celebrated on November 15 each year. The Union cabinet chaired by PM Narendra Modi on Wednesday approved a proposal to declare November 15, the birth anniversary of Birsa Munda, as Janjatiya Gaurav Divas (Tribal Pride Day) dedicated to the memory of tribal freedom fighters.
Munda fought against colonial system and spearheaded a movement against British oppression. He called for ulgulan (revolution).
Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur made the announcement and announced about the celebration of Munda’s birth anniversary as Tribal Pride Day.

November 15 is the birth anniversary of Birsa Munda, a great freedom fighter and social reformer, who fought against the British.

Falguni Nayar is an Indian businesswoman and billionaire who is the founder and CEO of the beauty and lifestyle retail company Nykaa. Nayar was born and raised in Mumbai, Maharashtra in a Gujarati family. She completed her graduation from Syndeham College of Commerce and Economics and post-graduation from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
Nayar started working in 1985 in a management consulting company A F Ferguson & Co. Later in 1933, she joined Kotak Mahindra Group for 19 years. At the age of 50, in April 2012, Nayar decided to put a step as an entrepreneur and founded Nykaa by investing her own money. In 2012, when Nykaa was started, it used to take only 60 daily orders. Nayar started Nykaa with $2 million in 2012 and as of 2021 Nykaa is worth $2.3 billion.
“I started Nykaa at the age of 50 with no experience. I hope the Nykaa journey can inspire each of you to be the Nykaa (heroine) of your lives,” Nayar said in an interview with Money Control.
On November 10 2021, the first day of trading this Wednesday, FSN E-commerce ventures Ltd, the parent company of Nykaa, raised $720 million in its IPO and saw shares rise 96 per cent taking Nayar in the ring of world’s richest.
Nayar has now become one of the 2 self-made female Indian billionaires and India’s seventh women Billionaire with a Net worth estimated $1.1 billion. Nayar now comes among India’s top 20 richest people as she owns about half of the company and her stake is now worth over 6.5 billion, making her one of the richest female entrepreneurs in India.
In an interview with Money Control, Nayar shared about her journey and some advice for the coming entrepreneur of India. Starting a business at the age of 50 and taking it to a accomplishing heights, Nayar has proved that age is no barrier and its just a limitation you put on your mind.
Nayar shared her take on social media and stated why she is not active on her social media platforms , she said in the interview, “I think being active on social media requires a huge amount of time and effort. And I am someone who spends my time a little differently. Numbers really motivate me and if I am sitting in front of a spreadsheet, I spend a lot of time on it. I believe in social media, it is just that I can’t keep up with it,”
Nayar shared her thoughts about how is it to start such a journey at the age of 50, she said “I feel women put constraints in their minds which are not so necessary. Today, many women are managing their businesses cum young children. I don’t think there is one playbook. I did it when I did it, and I am glad that I at least tried it when I tried it.”
Nayar talked about why she didn’t started her business before she turned 50 and said, “Any entrepreneurship needs a lot of passion, hard work, conviction, and time. When I started, if I thought I would be here in three years or five years, it wouldn’t happen. It needs long innings. Somehow, I was very clear that I would need 10 years plus”.
Nayar already has it all as India’s top investment banker at Kotak but still she followed her dream , this is how things work we need to get out of our comfort zone to take risks for making our dreams come true one day. Night Sky Tourism in Jaipur left thousands of space lovers in awe after they soaked the beauty of moon and jupiter after watching them with aa high-powered telescope.
At an event organized by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of Rajasthan in association with Jawahar Kala Kendra (JKK), around 200 spectators observed the night sky through a high-powered telescope.
They saw craters of the moon as well as Jupiter today which are otherwise not visible to the naked eye. The expert operating the telescope briefed the audience and also shared important facts about the celestial bodies.

According to screenshots shared by reverse engineer Alessandro Paluzzi, purchasing a subscription will include a ‘member badge’ which gifts subscribers a “special badge” next to their username, and “Exclusive content.” This badges will appear as an interactions between the creator and the subscriber or maybe will prioritize those interactions.

Wrestler Nisha Dahiya via her Instagram posted a video and reported the fake news of her being shot, she said that she is doing fine and is currently in Gonda to play senior nationals.
Recently Nisha has won bronze medal in U23 world championship and today it was reported that the wrestler and her brother were shot dead by some unknown assailants when they were returning home from Sushil Kumar wrestling academy in Sonipat’s Halalpur.
Just after the news came up it went viral all over the news and social media. It was also reported that her mother was also shot and was admitted to Rohtak’s PGI Hospital in very critical condition.
Further the reports stated that the bodies of Nisha Dahiya and her brother Suraj were taken for postmortem at Civil Hospital in Sonepat and the reason of shooting is still unknown.

Nisha is playing since when she was 13 years old and won many National championships and she won her first international medal in 2014 in the 49kg category from Asian Championships.
Later she was tested positive for meldonium, a drug which was banned by World Anti-Doping Agency in 2016 and faced a four-year doping ban but she made a stronger comeback and won the U-23 National Championships in October 2019 in Shirdi.

Kishangarh is a small city in Ajmer, Rajasthan which is famously known as the Marble city of India with the largest marble market in the country. A place with a lot of tourists attraction, from the temple of nine planets to Kishangarh Fort, this place got its name from Kishan Singh, the prince of Jodhpur who founded the state in 1602. Kishangarh is also known for its style of miniature art painting known as ‘Bani Thani’.
History of Dumping Yard:
The picturesque place that has become a popular tourist destination of Rajasthan is not just a nature’s creation but a human made art. It started when the locals of Kishangarh started facing problems regarding the accumulated waste. Then in 2005, RICCO and Kishangarh marble association decided to put the marble garbage in one place and developed a disposing area for marble slurry. 50-60 feet deep wells were dug to pour the waste but later the garbage was collected so much that it took a form of plateau looking like white hills and mountains covered with white snow.
The yard is covered in around 332 bigha land and required a long time to get completed divided in three parts, the second part was completed by Cluster Project in 2009 and totally completed in year 2015 with a total cost of around Rs 2-50 crore.
And now this place looks ethereal during sunsets and sunrise that makes one feel like they are walking on moon.

Entry fee and conditions :
Visitors need to take permission from Marble Association center which is just 500 meter away from dumping yard. You need to show an I’d proof and have to answer some normal questions to get a pass that will allow you to enter the yard. The entry is for free and you just have to take permission.
Other conditions involve taking permission prior to a photo or video shoot with any drone or camera before a night of the shoot. Otherwise you will be fined 5,000-/ INR or 11,000-/ INR for breaking rules by the marble association center.
The area have certain rules and regulations to control the pollution level ,the air is a little thick around here, and you can feel the particles in your mouth and nose after spending a little time so it is suggested to carry face masks on your visit.
