Legend has it that Maa Parvati, in her pursuit of winning Lord Shiva’s affection, underwent rigorous penance. Pleased with her unwavering devotion, Lord Shiva accepted her as his consort. However, the rigors of her penance had turned her complexion dark. Undeterred, Maa Parvati embarked on a journey of austerity to regain her pristine radiance. Through her penance, she emerged from the sacred waters of the Ganga River in the Himalayas, adorned in resplendent white garments, her complexion akin to the luminous glow of the moon. Thus, she came to be revered as Maa Mahagauri – the supremely fair goddess.

Sheeva.AI today announced in-vehicle payment technology through SheevaConnect™product suite for Citroen C3 Aircross SUV AT, the most budget-friendly automatic mid-sized SUV in India. The in-vehicle payments technology will allow the new Citroen C3 Aircross AT owners to pay for fuel at 32,000 fueling stations across India.

The first Sheeva.AI-enabled Citroen C3 Aircross SUV AT vehicles are now available in showrooms across India. Here’s how it works: A person drives up to a SheevaConnect-enabled petrol station. With Sheeva.AI technology seamlessly integrated, users can effortlessly complete transactions using their preferred UPI provider through the MyCitroen Connect mobile app.

Upon arrival, drivers are greeted by attendants who dispense fuel and swiftly scan the QR code on their point-of-sale terminal, granting permission to proceed. Following fueling, drivers can conveniently depart with a digital receipt securely processed through the MyCitroen Connect mobile app’s interface.

IIHMR University records highest package this placement year

IIHMR University, a leading health management research university in India, recorded phenomenal placements so far this season with the highest package of 35.62 LPA. This is the highest package beating IIHMR’s previous high of 17.22 LPA in 2022. The ongoing placements at the institute have already witnessed 75% of the students being placed till now in multiple roles across diverse organizations both nationally and internationally at noteworthy packages.

Speaking about placements, Dr. PR Sodani, President, IIHMR University shared, “We are delighted to receive excellent placement response from the recruiters on campus this year. Packages in the healthcare industry are witnessing a spike secondary to the global growing emphasis on bolstering healthcare infrastructure. I want to congratulate the students on getting placed and wish them well for their future as they continue to build their success stories.”

Remarkable to note is that according to a collaborative study by Pristyn Care and Indeed, job postings for healthcare professionals increased by 22.4% between January 2021 and January 2023, indicating a growing demand for these professionals in India.

The sector-wise placement data revealed Hospitals to be the highest recruiters at 30% followed by Consultancy, Pharmaceutical, and Health IT at 15%, 12%, 11%, and 11% respectively.
