The FICCI FLO Jaipur Chapter, under the leadership of Raghushree Poddar, Chairperson for 2024-25, successfully organised the jewellery workshop ‘Jewellery & Beyond’ at Chirmi Palace, C-Scheme, Jaipur. The event was held in collaboration with renowned diamond educator Rittika Karvat and jewellery expert Himanshu Khunteta of Tvisha Jewlz.
Key Highlights of the workshop were techniques for identifying and selecting high-quality jewellery. grading methods to evaluate jewellery pieces and insights into the craftsmanship of diamonds, jadau, and polki.
This premium workshop delved into the intricate world of fine jewellery, focusing on diamonds, jadau, and polki. Rittika Karvat, leveraging her 15 years of expertise from Antwerp, captivated the audience with an interactive session on identifying and selecting jewellery that aligns with personal style and preferences.
Complementing her insights, Himanshu Khunteta shared expert advice on jewellery purchasing and grading techniques, adding a practical perspective to the session.
A unique highlight of the event was an activity where selected FLO members from the audience adorned exquisite jewellery pieces from Tvisha Jewlz. They were then guided on identifying the cut, carat, and clarity, gaining hands-on experience in jewellery assessment techniques. This engaging exercise, coupled with the experts’ personalised advice, made the session both educational and enjoyable.
The workshop also featured a stunning display of Tvisha Jewlz’s exquisite diamond, jadau, and polki creations, showcasing timeless artistry and craftsmanship. Participants actively engaged in discussions, shared their preferences, and left with certificates of participation and curated takeaway gifts courtesy of Rittika and Himanshu.
