The Indian Institute of Heritage coming up in Noida

The Indian Institute of Heritage shall be set up in Noida which will offer many courses including PhD as well as masters courses for students.

The Indian Institute of Heritage will be set up in Noida by the government which will be a first of kind institution in the country.

This institute will offer many courses which include:

1. Manuscriptology
2. Museology
3. Archaeology
4. Preventive conservation
5. Conservation
6. archival studies
7. Epigraphy and numismatics
8. History of arts

Set up of Indian Institute of Heritage

This institute will be set up as deemed university as it will be integrated with the following institutes:

1. Institute of Archaeology
2. National Research Laboratory for Conservation of Cultural Property
3. Academic Wing of Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts
4. National Museum Institute of History of Art, Conservation and Museology.
5. School of Archival Studies.

They will form the various schools of Indian Institute of Heritage.
