On July 3, the iconic Raj Mandir Cinema in Jaipur will roar to life with the thunderous return of dinosaurs—not just on screen, but across the entire theatre space—as it hosts the first-ever Hindi premiere of Hollywood’s ‘Jurassic World: Rebirth’. In what promises to be a visually immersive and nostalgic cinematic celebration, this premiere is being hailed as a historic moment for Indian moviegoers and Jurassic Park fans alike.

The event, announced by Universal Pictures and distributed by Warner Bros, marks a cultural milestone. Raj Mandir—often called the pride of Jaipur’s cinema landscape—will be transformed into a dinosaur-themed wonderland, recreating the thrill of the Jurassic era. From towering installations to interactive photo zones, the theatre will offer fans a fully immersive Jurassic experience. The premiere will run from 6 PM to 11 PM, with nearly all preparations now complete.

Adding to the grandeur, over 1,000 guests are expected to attend, including film enthusiasts, media representatives, and some of India’s top digital creators and influencers. The guest list features notable names like YouTuber Ashish Chanchlani, who will be present as a special guest, and digital star Nagma Mirajkar, who will host the evening.

This event holds a deep emotional connection to India’s cinematic journey with the Jurassic franchise. It was in 1994 that Jurassic Park became the first Hollywood film to be dubbed in Hindi, opening doors to a new generation of Hollywood viewership across India. Now, 31 years later, Jurassic World: Rebirth carries forward that legacy with a celebration rooted in nostalgia and modern fan culture.

In a beautiful full-circle moment, Ashim Samant, the dubbing director who localized Jurassic Park into Hindi in 1994, has once again lent his expertise to the Hindi version of Jurassic World: Rebirth. He is expected to share his memories and behind-the-scenes stories during the event, connecting new-age audiences with the legacy of the franchise.

Speaking about the event, Denzil Dias, Vice President and Managing Director of Warner Bros. Pictures India, said, “This is not just a film premiere—it’s a historic promise made to the Indian audience. Jaipur, especially Raj Mandir Cinema, is the heart of Hindi-speaking cinema lovers. With this premiere, we are not only honoring the legacy of ‘Jurassic Park’ but also opening a new chapter of Hollywood in India.”

As the dinosaurs return to the big screen and Raj Mandir transforms into a prehistoric paradise, the premiere of Jurassic World: Rebirth is set to be more than a movie event—it’s a grand celebration of cinema, nostalgia, and storytelling across generations.
