The Barog Tunnel

The queen of Hill Stations and various tunnels between the mountains, Shimla holds a tale of a most haunted tunnel. The Barog Tunnel, one of the longest tunnels through the mountains of Shimla-Kalka route that lasts for over two minutes will give you goosebumps.

Named after Colonel Barog this tunnel no. 33 is believed to be haunted by the ghost of colonel Barog. People often spots Barog in the tunnel and he just vanishes unknowingly. His spirit is not evil and he doesn’t harm anyone but he chats with people who are unaware of his existence.

The tale behind why his spirit still roaming around that tunnel goes back in 1989, when Barog was assigned the task of constructing a tunnel in this region but his calculations went wrong and he was not ae to finish his job on time. Due to which, he was fired and later blamed by many with all this humiliation, Barog committed suicide. He was buried outside the incomplete tunnel to pay homage to his work. Since then his spirit has not left that tunnel.

Dumas beach

Surrounded with black sand this spooky beach will give chills down your spine. This beautiful beach located in Gujarat feels like heaven in daytime but turns out to be hell after sunset. No one dares to stay at the beach after sun goes down  when they do they never come back.

It is believed that Dumas beach was once used as a Hindu burial ground which is why it is possessed by several evil spirits that never left the region. The presence of black sand is also due to amount of ash created by the burning dead bodies.

This cursed beach is one of the topmost tourist destination of Gujarat. The beach is full of negative vibes and many Paranormal activities has been spotted in the area, many people have been found dead, many missing with no clue behind.

Kuldhara village

Kuldhara the most haunted and mysterious village in India is situated 17 kilometres from Jaisalmer. This cursed village is surrounded by Paranormal activities and was abandoned by its residents in just one night. Its open doors speaks a 200 years old tale of Diwan(Minister) of Jaisalmer.

Diwan who was believed to be extremely huge demon like collected taxes from the villagers. One day Diwan fell in love with Mukhia’s daughter and be announced his marriage proposal as an threat. Everyone was frightened as Mukhiya never wanted to give his daughter to this evil man. Mukhiya decided that the entire community will leave the village overnight cruising Diwan and the village land.

Since then no one if found in that village except from, unknown shadows, evil voices, hand prints of children on cars when someone visited.

Angrasen ki baoli

Angrasen ki baoli one of the ancient stepwell and the most spookiest place in Delhi is hidden in amongst the sky-high buildings of Connaught Place. 

The history of this place is believed to be mysterious. It is said that the water collected in this stepwell was black and evil like in color, it tempted the poeple near it and were compelled to commit suicide. As soon as a person jumps into the well it, the water would rise up and spilled back the blood of the victim.

The black water is dried up a ling back ago and stepwell has became a tourist destination but it is believed that it is still haunted by evil spirits and demons that are hidden beneath the wall.

Bhangarh fort

Considered as the most haunted place of India, Bhangarh fort in Rajasthan is a 16th century fort built by Bhagwant Das for his younger son Madho Singh.

No one is allowed to enter the fort after sunset and before sunrise. The fort is cursed by a tantric called Singhia due to which this fort and entire village is still haunted and believed that no one in this village or fort can be reborn and are doomed to roam this place as an evil spirit.
